TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to participate and gifts form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Only claims which are submitted and comply with these terms and conditions may take part in this offer.
  2. The promoter is ADMINISTRATION & MARKETING SOLUTIONS TRUST(ABN: 51 478 959 793) of 44-54 Raglan Street Preston, Melbourne, VIC 3072 ("Promoter").
  3. This offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this offer are ineligible.
  4. The offer commences on 25/11/2016 and concludes on 11/12/2016 at 11:59pm AEDT ("Qualifying Period").
  5. During the Qualifying Period, customers must purchase at least two (2) products from the Nature’s Own or Cenovis range ("Eligible Product") in one (1) transaction from any Chemist Warehouse or My Chemist pharmacy ("Participating Pharmacy") in Australia to be eligible to redeem one (1) adult movie eVoucher ("Gift"), valued up to $21.00 and valid for a general admission screening to the movie of their choice (except from 5pm on Saturdays) at participating Event Cinemas, BCC, Greater Union Cinemas or Village Cinemas. Customers must keep their original itemised receipt as proof of purchase.
  6. To claim their Gift, customers must visit www.freemovieticketoffer.com.au ("the Promotional Website") and access the online claim form for this offer. Claimants must complete all sections of the electronic claim form (including first name, last name, email address, postal address, mobile number) and include details of the Qualifying Purchase. Once the online claim form is fully completed, claimants must upload a scanned legible image of the original receipt which shows the Qualifying Purchase, date of purchase and price. If the claimant's claim is valid, they will receive a Gift. All successful claimants will receive a Gift.
  7. There is a limit of one (1) Gift claim per person, per household.
  8. All claims must be made by 1/01/2017. No claims will be accepted after this time.
  9. All successful claimants will be sent an email within three (3) business days of submitting their claim containing a unique URL link to their Gift.
  10. Gifts are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the supplier as set out in clauses 11 and 12 below.
  11. eVoucher Terms: eVouchers are valid for a six (6) month period. eVouchers are not transferable or exchangeable, their validity cannot be extended, nor can they be exchanged for cash. Each eVoucher is valid for one (1) movie session admission. Voucher can be redeemed online at eventcinemas.com.au, villagecinemas.com.au (booking fees may apply), or at the ticket box for movie sessions at participating cinema locations. A full list of participating cinemas can be found at www.freemovieticketoffer.com.au. Seating is subject to availability. Not valid for Gold Class, group bookings, special events, movie marathons or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated. A surcharge applies for 3D, Vmax, Vpremium and Dolby Atmos sessions. It is the responsibility of the holder to redeem vouchers for a movie session scheduled on or before they expire. Vouchers are not refundable, not transferrable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products. Lost and expired vouchers will not be extended, replaced or exchanged for cash. Not valid for movie sessions starting after 5pm on Saturdays.
  12. Vouchers are not to be used/redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, including reduced priced movie tickets or other free ticket offers.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Failure to provide proof of purchase when requested may invalidate any claim. If the offer (or part of the offer) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the offer (or that part of the offer) with an offer to the equal value and/or specification, as appropriate.
  14. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  15. The Promoter does not take responsibility for any claims that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incorrect, incomplete or indecipherable.
  16. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspect of this offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
  18. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
  19. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotional Website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  20. Nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
  21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or Gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in voucher value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the Gift.
  22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.sanofi.com.au. The Privacy Policy also contains information on how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose claimants' personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
